Welcome to pre. By accessing or using our website and app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Eligibility

pre is open to everyone. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Individual events can be age-gated by their hosts, for example 18+, 19+, or 21+, and you must meet an event's age requirement to attend. Student verification is optional: verifying with your university email unlocks campus features, but it is never required to use pre.

Acceptable use

You agree to use pre for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Community Guidelines. Harassment, impersonation, spam, and any form of harmful behavior are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

Events and tickets

Hosts are responsible for the events they create, including setting accurate details, honoring tickets, and complying with age requirements and local laws. Ticket payments and host payouts are processed by Stripe. pre is not the organizer of events listed on the platform.

Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of pre, including our name, logos, and design, are owned by presocial Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of liability

pre is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
