Paid ticket checkout includes a service fee, with or without Host Pass. Buyers see the full total in the app before paying.
Door sales require an eligible Host Pass, a supported iPhone and region, and completed Stripe payout setup. Payout accounts are currently supported in Canada and the US.
Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly through your App Store account until cancelled. Manage or cancel your plan through your store account.
Cancelled and not rescheduled? Buyers are entitled to a ticket-price refund. Other refunds follow the event’s terms and applicable law. Refund terms
