Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 2026

A night out should be easy to find for everyone. presocial Inc. ("pre", "we", "us") builds this website and the pre app to work for as many people as possible, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, use magnification, or turn animation off.

Conformance status

We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This site is partially conformant: most of it meets that standard, but the limitations listed below are not yet fully resolved, and we have not commissioned an independent third-party audit. We would rather tell you exactly where we stand than claim a level we have not verified.

What we have built in

Known limitations

How we test

We self-evaluate using automated tooling alongside manual keyboard-only passes and screen-reader spot checks with VoiceOver. New work is expected to hold a Lighthouse accessibility score of 95 or better before it ships.

Accessible formats

If you need any information on this site in another format — large print, plain text, or read aloud — ask us and we will provide it at no extra cost, in a format that works for you.

Tell us what is broken

Feedback is the fastest way we find out something does not work. Email us at hello@presocial.app with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what got in the way, plus the browser or assistive technology you were using if you know it. We aim to reply within five business days, and if something on the site is blocking you, we will help you get what you need another way while we fix it.

Enforcement and regional standards

presocial Inc. is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We use WCAG as our benchmark, which is the standard referenced by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and its Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation. If you contact us about an accessibility barrier and are not satisfied with our response, tell us and we will escalate it internally.
